General Notes for the Landslide Druid Build in Season 6
Note: This endgame build has been optimized for Diablo 4 Vessel of Hatred (Season 6).
Landslide is one of the Druid's most powerful Core Skills. It crushes enemies between earth pillars. The radius of the ability is not particularly large, but it deals enormous damage.
With the Subterranean Aspect, the active skill of your Poison Creeper causes a Landslide with a larger radius, so that even large groups of monsters are no problem. With the bonus of your Spirit Boon, the cooldown of your Poison Creeper regularly resets, so you can use the ability very often.
The only issue with this build is your Resource management. You will regularly find yourself without Spirit. Fortunately, Petrify, your Ultimate Skill, has been reworked and now gives you 100 Spirit when used.
So if you fancy playing a Druid in Diablo 4's 6th Season, this build might be the right one for you!
How well does this build perform in the Pit / Infernal Horde?
This build performs very well in the Pit. You should just make sure not to stop at every little monster, but to focus on larger groups.
How well does this build perform against bosses?
Landslide deals very high damage against individual enemies. However, you may run into Resource problems against bosses, so you can't use Landslide all the time. Nevertheless, the high damage is enough for all bosses in the game.
When is the build playable and which items do I need?
The build is not playable until you find the Unique Helmet Vasily's Prayer so you can use Landslide as a Werebear. Most of the build's damage comes from the Shapeshift mechanic. There are many more important items to increase your damage, but none of them are a requirement for the build.
Playstyle

Playstyle and skill rotation against monsters
- You can continuously cast Poison Creeper and Landslide on groups of monsters and elite enemies until everything is dead. If there are enough enemies in the area, the cooldown of your Poison Creeper will regularly reset and the Subterranean Aspect will automatically trigger Landslide. If Poison Creeper is ready for use, you should always use it as long as enemies are in range.
- While in combat, you also cast Blood Howl whenever it is no longer on cooldown. Shapeshifting gives you bonus damage and damage reduction. To gain the attack speed bonus from the Bestial Rampage Key Passive, you need to be a Werewolf for at least 2 seconds at a time every 15 seconds. When fighting bosses, Blood Howl will be on a longer cooldown, so you will need to use Claw to transform into a Werewolf.
- When enemies stun you, you must use Earthen Bulwark to become Unstoppable.
- You can use Petrify to increase your damage against strong elite enemies and bosses.
How to fix Resource problems
If you run out of Spirit, you can use Petrify to refill it completely. You also get Spirit from defeated enemies and the Paragon Board. In an emergency, you should use your basic attack, Claw.

You deal X% increased damage while hitting a Poisoned enemy as a Werebear or a Crowd Controlled enemy as a Werewolf.

General tips about your Gear
- Armor: You need a maximum of 1,000 armor. Anything above that is useless and has no effect. If you haven't reached your armor cap yet, adjust your equipment, gems and paragon talents accordingly.
- Resistances: You need at least 70% to all resistances. If you have not yet reached these values, adjust your equipment, gems and paragon talents accordingly.

Important notice:
- Glyph Radius: To increase the radius of your Glyphs, you have to level them in the Pit. The starting radius is 3 boxes. At level 15, it increases to 4 boxes. At level 45, the radius is 5 boxes.
- Skill Order: Start with the ESSENTIAL LAYOUT and rebuild it COMPLETELY to quickly access all the important Nodes and Glyphs. Only then switch to the FINAL LAYOUT and add the missing Nodes.
