General Notes for the Mighty Throw Barbarian Build in Season 6
Note: This endgame build has been optimized for Diablo 4 Vessel of Hatred (Season 6).
Mighty Throw is the new Barbarian skill that was introduced with the Diablo 4 expansion Vessel of Hatred. It is a Weapon Mastery Skill that normally has a cooldown. But with the unique sword The Third Blade, it becomes a Core Skill, costs Fury, and no longer has a cooldown.
This build relies on Overpower, primarily triggered by the Banished Lord's Talisman, and to do so it has to spend and generate an enormous amount of Fury. This is made possible by the constant use of Shouts and your Ultimate Skill Call of the Ancients.

How well does this build perform in the Pit / Infernal Horde?
This build performs very well in the Pit. You should just make sure not to stop at every signle monster, but to focus on larger groups.
How well does this build perform against bosses?
Mighty Throw does very high damage with knockdowns, making it very effective against bosses. You just need to generate enough Resources to be able to constantly use Mights Throw.
When is the build playable and which items do I need?
This build is not playable unless you' have've found the Unique Sword The Third Blade. To make it work well, you also require the Banished Lord's Talisman, Arreat's Bearing, and a high-rolled Aspect of Vocalized Empowerment.
When playing with Unbridled Rage, The Grandfather is an important item to increase your maximum Fury. Otherwise, you won't be able to use Mighty Throw often enough in a row and should switch to Unconstrained.
Playstyle
Playstyle for the Mighty Throw Barbarian Endgame Build
Playstyle and skill rotation against monsters
Against small groups of monsters, you use Challenging Shoutor Rallying Cryand then use Mighty Throw until everything is dead.
Use Challenging Shoutfor elite enemies and pull them together with Steel Grasp.
You can use Call of the Ancients for any larger group or when your Resources are running low.
You don't need Steel Grasp against bosses.
When you are stunned, you can use Chargeor Rallying Cry. You can also use Charge to move faster.
How to fix Resource problems
As long as any Shout is active, you generate Fury per second from the Aspect of Vocalized Empowerment. Rallying Cry generates additional Fury and increases your Resource generation. The Unique Boots Yen's Blessing causes you to use a Shout every 8 seconds that you currently have on cooldown. This way, you will always have an active Shout, even if both of them are on cooldown at the same time.
Your main source of Fury, however, is your Ultimate Skill Call of the Ancients. You generate Fury every time Korlic hits an enemy with Frenzy, so it is especially important to reduce the cooldown of Call of the Ancients as much as possible.
If you don't have a Grandfather yet, and you play with Unbridled Rage, your Fury might drop too fast for you to use Mighty Throw quickly enough. In that case, you can switch to your Key Passive Unconstrained.
