General Notes for the Stinger Swarm Spiritborn Endgame Build in Vessel of Hatred
Note: This endgame build is optimized for Diablo 4 Vessel of Hatred (Season 6).

Stinger is a powerful Core skill of the new Spiritborn class. It synergizes very well with other class mechanics, such as Pestilent Swarms and Poison Explosions from the Noxious Resonance Key Passive. In fact, most of the damage comes from the Pestilent Swarms that spawn every time you use Stinger or Centipede Skills in general.
This build also scales with higher monster density, which makes it a very powerful speed-farming choice for the class. So overall it is a very powerful and fun build, although it requires you to push a lot of buttons in order to unleash its maximum potential in the higher Torment difficulties. And for all Hammerdin enjoyers from Diablo 2: the Swarm animations should look quite familiar to you. 🙂
How well does this build perform in the Pit / Infernal Horde?
Very good in both game modes and especially for the arena since it scales of monster density.
How well does this build perform against bosses?
Okay - Good. Bosses are less optimal unless they summon a lot of ads (trash monsters).
When is the build playable and which items do I need?
You can play this build once you have found both Pestilent Swarms Aspects (Pestilence & Infestation) and the Ring of the Midnight Sun Unique. The unique chest plate Jacinth Shell is not required but also highly recommended.
Playstyle
Playstyle for the Stinger Swarm Spiritborn Endgame
Playstyle and skill rotation against monsters
Use Rushing Claw for mobility and jumping from pack to pack.
If you are in the middle of a monster pack, cast Vortex and Scourge at the same time to slow, fear and pull in all enemies around you.
For the maximum amount of damage also cast Armored Hide and The Hunter ultimate right after that. This will significantly increase your Critical Strike Damage, if you are playing with the Redirected Force Aspect. The Hunter will also provide you with a lot of additional attack speed and damage vs. Injured enemies.
Then start spamming Stinger and watch the beautiful Swarms flying around and killing everything.
Playstyle and skill rotation against bosses
Do the same rotation against bosses except for The Hunter ultimate, which you want to use only in the beginning of the fight (to gain max. Ferocity) and the last time when the Boss drops its health below 35% for the Injured damage bonus.
How to fix Resource problems
Once you have found the Ring of the Midnight Sun with a decent roll, you do not have Resource problems anymore. I cannot recommend playing this build before that, since you will need to spam your Stinger a lot in order to get it to work.

Primary Spirit Hall: Gorilla
Casting a Gorilla Skill deals X% Thorns to enemies you hit and grants a Barrier for X% of Maximum Life, up to X%, for X seconds.
All Skills are now also Gorilla Skills.
Secondary Spirit Hall: Gorilla
Maximum Resolve increased by X. When you have at least X stacks of Resolve, you are Unstoppable.
Aspects
Aspects for the Stinger Swarm Spiritborn Endgame
Aspect of Unyielding Hits
Casting a Gorilla Skill adds X% of your Armor to all attacks for X seconds (capped at 1,500 weapon damage).
Aspect of Apprehension
Once an enemy is Slowed by at least X%, they also become Feared for X seconds. You deal X% increased damage to Feared enemies.
Aspect of Redirected Force
Gain increased Critical Strike Damage equal to X% of your Block Chance. Blocking doubles this bonus for X seconds.
Aspect of Infestation
Lucky Hit: Centipede Skills have up to a X% chance to spawn a Pestilent Swarm from the target which deals X Poison damage per hit. Pestilent Swarms now also deal X% of their Base damage as Poisoning damage over X seconds.
Aspect of Pestilence
Stinger spawns a Pestilent Swarm at its target location which deals X% of Stinger's Base damage per hit. Pestilent Swarms now last X% longer and spiral outwards.

Important notice:
- Glyph Radius: To increase the radius of your Glyphs, you have to level them in the Pit. The starting radius is 3 boxes. At level 15, it increases to 4 boxes. At level 45, the radius is 5 boxes.
- Skill Order: Start with the ESSENTIAL LAYOUT and rebuild it COMPLETELY to quickly access all the important Nodes and Glyphs. Only then switch to the FINAL LAYOUT and add the missing Nodes.

Raheir rushes forward aggressively, dealing X% Physical damage and Taunting nearby enemies for X seconds. Selecting a Mercenary Core Skill alters their wielded Weapon and Basic Attack.

Raheir bashes enemies with a tower shield, dealing X% Physical damage and Fortifying you for X% of your Maximum Life.
Raheir's Guard
Raheir grants you X% Armor.
Vanguard
Raheir Slows surrounding enemies by X%.
Ground Slam
Raheir brutalizes the ground, dealing X% Physical damage and Slowing enemies by X% for X seconds. Targets in the center of the slam are Slowed by X% instead.
Raheir's Aegis
Raheir grants you X% Resistance to All Elements.
Draw Fire
When you use a Healing Potion, Raheir Taunts enemies around him for X seconds. Can only occur once every X seconds.
