Uniques are among the rarest and most powerful items you can find in Diablo 4. They have unique aspects and affixes with higher numerical values than affixes on magic, rare or legendary items. Some unique items even unlock new, awesome builds.
There are general uniques, which can be equipped by any class, and class-specific uniques in Diablo 4. Both can only be found in world tier 3 or 4. There are also particularly strong Mythic Uniques (formerly known as Uber Uniques), but these are dropped even less frequently. Unique items can be dropped by monsters in the open world, in Helltide Chests, Nightmare Dungeons or specifically by endgame bosses such as Varshan, Grigoire or Duriel.
Diablo 4 Target Farming Uniques
Since Diablo 4's 2nd season, you can also farm Uniques specifically by killing endgame bosses. These include Duriel, Andariel, Grigoire, the Beast in the Ice, Varshan and Lord Zir. Each boss has its own loot table and only drops certain uniques. Important: Even the extremely rare Mythic Uniques can be specifically farmed from Duriel and Andariel at world tier 4 since season 2.
